The Highest Self Speaking on Anxiety

#Wisdom from the #HighestSelf in a #QHHT session about #Anxiety :


"As you allow yourself to experience those activities that bring peace, joy and creativity - those very things that are an expression (and an extension) of the you-est you, they make you WHOLE - and occupy the space that used to hold old energies like anxiety" (paraphrased for privacy)

I hear this so many times in Sessions! The Highest Self is asking us to express those things that make you the you-est you! That could be anything: walking in nature, knitting, drawing, tinkering with an old car, cooking, carving or whittling, singing, bicycling, dancing, modeling with clay, binding a book, hiking a mountain - the list is endless!! What is that thing that makes you the you-est you??


And so often people will say - "Well I always wanted to paint, but I am not good at it." Or "I always wanted to do this play the guitar but I don't know how" ...


Yet, if we just DO, to allow ourselves to be and explore and experiment - (whether we know how to or not) we are experiencing the joy of Being - which in turn, brings us into a receptive and more intuitive state - that state of enjoying, experiencing a moment of peace or calm, or even that focus we get when we are in the creative "zone"


Taking even a moment each day for yourself fills that time with your unique essence, making both the world and your life better as a result!


Creativity knows no bounds; it's about dedicating time to yourself. You're more than just a human being; you are a Human ... Being ...
