Part 2 : Look Who Showed Up "Before" The Session!

As noted in an earlier post, before beginning the session, I prefer to provide my client with a few warm-up visualizations. These visualizations allow clients to understand how straightforward the process of "seeing" is, as we take in information through various senses without realizing it. I present a few ordinary scenarios and then ask them to visualize these in their mind's eye, adding plenty of detail.

At times, during those initial visualizations, I inquire if the client observes any individuals nearby - and many do. Usually, these are anonymous figures bustling with briefcases, shopping bags, and phones, or people walking on a beach, driving by, and so on.

However, occasionally there is a unique individual who makes direct eye contact or smiles at the client. I discreetly take note of this because, repeatedly, I've found that Spirit Guides and/or significant figures from a client's Past Lives often appear in these visualizations—caring visitors arriving to meet the client... an unforeseen blessing.

And sometimes those unexpected guests are children ...

This client, a charming gentleman, was fully alert, imagining a bustling street corner and detailing the lively modern environment surrounding them. He described vehicles and skyscrapers, the noise of traffic, the smell of car exhaust blending with a nearby garbage can, and the aroma of coffee and food from a nearby restaurant.

Suddenly, a young girl directly across the street captured his attention...

To the client, she appeared out of place. She was dressed in clothing reminiscent of a child's 1940s attire and was gazing directly at him with the most radiant smile. It seemed unusual to see a child of her age alone and dressed in such a manner in such a bustling area.

The client was somewhat taken aback by this.

I encouraged the client to remain engaged with the scene and keep observing - the child quickly crossed the bustling modern street and approached my client, still smiling brightly. The child happily took his hand, and there was an immediate, overwhelming feeling and emotion of instant recognition.

The modern street corner faded away, transporting us to a different era and location, and suddenly, we were immersed in a past life. (Remarkably, the little girl was revealed to be the man's daughter from another time ...)

Sometimes, even if a person doesn't immediately recognize someone by appearance, a first touch, embrace, or even a glance into their eyes can spark that instant sense of familiarity and recognition.

Why does this happen?

The "veil" is much more permeable than we realize. We are spiritual beings experiencing life as humans, rather than humans having spiritual experiences.

Dolores Cannon frequently discussed this concept, explaining how we leave our bodies at night to meet with others, including loved ones and friends, and embark on adventures. Based on my own memories (when I am fortunate enough to recall them), I would affirm that this is indeed true!

In the busy-ness of our day to day lives, we are focused on the "now" in this world and dimension - And so we should be! That is why we are here and this moment in time is what we signed up for. Many times we will meet with loved ones past and present in our dreams. Sometimes we will recall, most times we won't, but it happens none-the-less. We are part of a much larger group, a family of souls.

But ... I personally cherish when those loved ones return spontaneously in those pre-session warm-ups. It is also an opportunity for clients to realize that we do not need to always be in a deep state of hypnosis to have that connection ... these loving beings, people of the past and past lives are just residing in the next dimension - and they are loving and cheering us on.
